Facing the Po River in Turin, in a green zone with a fine view, the Apartment on the River has been renovated by deamicisarchitetti in such a way as to conserve the charming atmosphere of a noble residence and its original architectural features, combining them with minimal, contemporary interiors. The natural and artificial lighting plays a fundamental role in the organization of the spaces.

The design studio has chosen lamps by Catellani & Smith like Macchina della Luce, a sculptural creation clad in gold leaf in that stands out in living area and the adjacent dining room. The ‘music room’ has an elegant grand piano, with a lamp from the Turciù series on the ceiling.

For the bathroom the nod has gone to the iconic Fil de Fer in aluminium, in the gold version.
