What does it mean to create a luxury residence today? The answer might come from the Palazzo del Sol complex at Fisher Island, just off the tip of Miami Beach. The studio Kobi Karp Architecture of Miami has done the architectural design, while the private park has been created by the Swiss landscape architect Enzo Enea. The result is a treasure chest of luxury and 360-degree wellbeing with views of the ocean, South Beach, Biscayne Bay and the city skyline.
The residential complex has 10 levels and includes 47 residences sized from 350 to 910 m2, all with panoramic terraces, master baths and entry from a private elevator. Services include two lobbies, concierge, butler, multilingual staff, a private cinema, a barber shop, a beauty salon, a fitness center designed by The Wright Fit, a spa, a play area for kids designed by Kidville, a business center and an ocean-view lounge bar.
The interior design by Antrobus+Ramirez, implemented by ASR Interiors, combines the elegance of a classical palazzo with contemporary taste and design. For the finishes of the baths of all the residences, 1500 m2 of Margraf fine marble have been cut to size and installed “a macchia aperta”. This type of installation implies the use of slabs from the same block, creating a symmetrical, mirror-image pattern.
Custom luxury that is the result of the creativity and quality offered by Made in Italy, guaranteeing the highest levels of excellence for any architectural project.
