Coima presents the renovation project for Palazzo San Fedele
Coima Sgr presents the regeneration project of Palazzo San Fedele, a center of Milanese culture and finance from the late 1800s, which over the years has contained the historic Teatro Manzoni and the headquarters of BNL and BNP Paribas.
The renovation of the building, slated for completion by the end of 2019, has been designed by Studio Asti Architetti and will permit rediscovery of the majesty of the building, conserving and enhancing the elegance and beauty of the original spaces.
The project maintains the refined linear design of the neoclassical facade and concentrates on the interiors, which will be completely revised without losing the charm of historic features like the old bank vault, or the staircases of the building leading to the dome and the terrace of over 830 square meters, facing the piazza.
The project will create office spaces (8000 m2) and retail facilities (3300 m2), with outstanding features of sustainability that should lead to the assignment of LEED Gold certification thanks to the ecosustainability of the materials used and the energy efficiency of the complex, obtained through use of ‘green’ energy from renewable sources, including solar panels and ground water.
