Arya Tower – Persis Commercial & Office Tower is a 16-story building for a shopping center and luxury offices. The concept of the project calls for the creation of a series of micro-gardens overlooking the city of Tehran.
The Persis Tower represents a true vision of the city of the future, based on ecosustainability, the use of natural materials like marble, and a high level of energy efficiency.
The architects Shn. Alidoost and S. Eftekharazam have selected Bianco Statuario Extra Margraf for the floor of the entrance lobby and the managerial levels. For the rest of the offices, the nod has gone to Margraf’s fine Fior di Pesco Carnico® marble, with its pale tones.
Dashty Project – The Castle is a 10-story luxury residential building by the architect Max Teherani of Iranian Luxury Real Estate. The interior design is by the architect Taghizadeh Gholamrezah of the studio Ateliray.
The Dashty Building, located in Fereshteh, one of the most exclusive quarters of Tehran, features fine Bianco Gioia, Nero Marquinia and Calacatta Blu marble by Margraf in the entrance lobby (about 700 square meters), the penthouse (500 m2) and the most exclusive residences on the 8th and 9th floors (1000 m2 each).
