SYN Architects presents the renovation of the Creek Park Hotel near Beijing, a perfect symbiosis between nature and construction.
A former estate has been expanded and converted as a luxury hotel whose strong point is the harmony between new and old, created by Zou Yingxi.
The basic concept is to represent the sensation of a wild desert context, thanks to the use of local materials for the cladding of the facades.
The complex is composed of multiple terraces connected at different heights by walkways. The juxtaposition of the construction with the natural landscape creates a new vacation spot in the suburbs of Beijing.
The designers have created different terraces to take advantage of the 360° panorama, combining functional and aesthetic qualities.

Other striking features include the restaurant and the glass platform that give the whole project a unique atmosphere. The final touch is added by the wood facings that blend perfectly into the landscape.
