One hundred years after the birth of Ettore Sottsass, the Spanish company Nina Mûr eyewear presents a new collection in collaboration with Abet Laminati, based on the colors and styling of the Memphis group, founded at the start of the 1980s by Sottsass.
The new glasses are like small sculptures for the face, where the decorative laminates play a fundamental role, just as in the furniture designed by Sottsass, De Lucchi or Sowden.
The Nina Mûr Goes Memphis collection is divided into two lines: Original Memphis, with details in laminate with the Bacterio pattern (on a smaller scale) in Digital Print, and Basic Memphis, composed of cleaner monochrome models.
