Public venues and spaces for restaurants, food retailing and hospitality require new ideas and design solutions that respond to new lifestyles and ways of consuming, to the needs of clients and international trends in this large sector.

HoReCa Design is the only short course that permits students to: update expertise on different aspects of interior design like lighting, materials, colors and sustainability; explore new languages for HoReCa (Hotel Restaurant Cafe) design; analyze international evolution in this sector.

Held in Milan at di Milano. Forty hours of specialization plus educational tour.

Including: lectures by faculty of Politecnico di Milano and designers with international experience, concrete updates for use in design activities, market orientation for sectors in a period of transformation.
