The long-awaited Olympic games in Rio de Janeiro are about to begin and Piscine Castiglione, the Italian company of reference for the design of outstanding swim facilities, has completed the installation of 18 pools, including those that will host the most important swimming competitions.

 

In addition to two 50-meter pools for the Parque des Atletas, used for training, Piscine Castiglione has also made the 50-meter pool for all the swimming and where you will hold all the swimming and water polo events, and a warm-up pool for the athletes, again measuring 50 meters, in the Estadio Olimpico de Desportos Aquaticos. Two other pools have been installed, including a 50-meter facility for warm-up and for the synchronized swimming competitions, in the Centro Aquatico Maria Lenk.

All the swimming and water polo competitions and finals at this worldwide event will thus be held in Myrtha pools.

 

A very important operation for the company, for a total value of over 10 million euro.
