KE structures have been chosen by the architects Perna & Tulumello for a private villa at the tourist port of Antigua
The project responds to the need to create a roof for four different zones of a residential complex: entrance, zone adjacent to the living area, the terrace of the bedroom zone, and the boat dock. For the living area and the bedroom zone, the choice has been to install five KE Gennius Isola 2 units.
Isola 2 has been selected to meet the requirement of installation of the structure in line with the clean architectural image and pale colors of the villa. The color white has been used for both the structure and the cover sheet.
The zone adjacent to the entrance features a Kedry Plus bioclimatic pergola, with a light, essential design, in perfect harmony with the sober style and colors of the villa.
The special Gennius Roomy structure has been used to protect the boat dock.
