The prestigious new residential complex on the exclusive private Fisher Island

Palazzo della Luna is a new residential complex on Fisher Island, an exclusive private island in front of Miami South Beach, accessible only to residents and their guests by sea, with a special ferry or private boat.

Classified by Bloomberg as the “wealthiest residence in the United States,” the island is a tropical oasis where luxury and tranquility blend in the perfection of a splendid setting of white beaches and crystalline waters of the Atlantic.

The building has 10 floors and contains 50 exclusive residences, ranging from 350 to 950 square meters, all equipped with immense terraces, private entrances and elevators, gourmet kitchens and luxurious bathrooms.

On the wave of the success of the first building of the development, the Palazzo del Sol, PDS Development LLC has assigned the production to ASR Construction, which has selected Margraf as the sole supplier of marble for all the spaces of the bathrooms and domestic spas.

Palazzo della Luna has been designed by the architect Kobi Karp and the landscape designer Enzo Enea. The interiors are by the New York-based firm Champalimaud Design, which has reinterpreted the concept of the classic palazzo, combining traditional elegance with modern aesthetics.

The use of natural, eternal materials like the fine Margraf marble in the bathrooms creates a sense of continuity and fluidity. 1500 m2 of marble skillfully cut to measure and elegantly installed make this material the protagonist of bath spaces that are all unique and different, created by the Vicenza-based company based on the specific requests of the clients.
