Major works in London for Permasteelisa Group which is completing two worksites in the capital city. Interni was recently welcomed for exclusive coverage of the construction in progress at Canary Wharf and Regent Street.

At Canary Wharf, Permasteelisa has supplied the external cladding of the new Novotel (11,500 m2 of facade surface) designed by Leach Rhodes Walker. Large panes of glass wrap the surface of the 40-story building, with a height of 128 meters. The first seven levels are clad in yellow sintered glass.

On Regent Street, the firm has supplied facade cladding (2040 m2) for the renovation of an office building, in a project by the studio AHMM (Allford Hall Monaghan Morris). This project involves the MFree-S facade system (Closed Cavity Facade by Permasteelisa Group): a facade with a double skin, hermetically sealed, containing a constant flow of dry, clean air to prevent condensation, for very high performance levels and reduced maintenance costs.
