Auge Design, a branding design agency based in Florence, and the food company Mutti, have won Best of Show at The Dieline Packaging Awards in Boston, the most important prize in the consumer goods packaging sector.
The prize went to the Mutti Special Edition created to celebrate the Parma-based company’s presence at the FICO Eatalyworld food park. The new graphic design interprets six tomato specialties – Polpa, Passata, Pelati, Triplo Concentrato, Datterini and Ciliegini – with a contemporary approach.
Abstract and geometric symbols are used to represent the specialties, with graphic design using gold to interpret over a century of excellence of this company that is capable of changing the rules of the sector.
The Mutti Special Edition is sold exclusively in the Solo Pomodoro space of FICO in Bologna.
