The laying the first stone took place in a ceremony to mark the start of construction of the Libeskind Tower, with the architect Daniel Libeskind on hand, along with the CEO of CityLife Armando Borghi, the technical director Marco Beccati, and Emiliano Cacioppo of CMB, the construction contractor .

Designed by Daniel Libeskind, the world-famous American architect, the tower (whose foundations were laid in November 2015) should be completed in 2018.

When finished, the building, with its curved shape, will have 31 floors for a total height of 175 meters and a gross floor area of about 33,000 square meters.

Torre Libeskind has already received, like the other two towers, pre-certified LEED Gold rating, meeting the environmental sustainability requirements set by the international LEED standards.
