Vescom wallcoverings have been selected to personalize the Hotel Nassau Breda, in Holland, in an unexpected way. The former monastery complex – originally composed of three volumes and a chapel in neo-Gothic style – has been renovated in an absolutely contemporary way by Wim Hoopman, of the architecture and interior design studio Hip.

The hotel has become a modern hotspot that makes clear references to its religious past.

The Detroit, Mink, Roxen, Sagara, Shannon and Sagara+Print wallcoverings by Vescom, are used in the communal areas – restaurants, meeting rooms, event spaces – and in the rooms and suites, creating an original aura.

Prints depicting fascinating nuns – digitally applied by Vescom to the coverings – provide a playful take on the previous function of the structure.

The Vescom products have been chosen in the vinyl wallcovering version, made with functional materials that are durable, easy to clean, scratchproof and resistant to impact, with colors that last in time, even when exposed to sunlight.
