The owner of a very recently built villa at Laives near Bolzano, a bioconstruction with an ecological approach, wanted to make use of the zone in front of the living area. The desire was to create a comfortable and sheltered place, a lounge area for use in all seasons.

The Vertika Gennius awning, in the 130 version with square housing an built-in tracks, Soltis white 88 2044 fabric and closure zipper, ensures perfect closure to permit use of the space in the winter months.
Kedry Prime comes with an LED strip lighting kit (optional) of 6 meters, installed on the border, and Somfy motors with two 2 remote controls.
