The recently opened Huus Hotel in Gstaad adds a new facet to the hospitality panorama in this Swiss ski resort.

At an altitude of 1111 meters in the Bernese Oberland, it is hidden in the original Steigenberger Alpenhotel that has been completely renovated. The name comes from the Swiss-German word for ‘house’: this is the principle that sets the tone of the spaces, typical of a mountain refuge run by a family.

The interior design, done by the Swedish studio Stylt Trampoli, stands out for its warm, welcoming spaces, in rich natural tones provided by traditional materials of local origin.

The 136 rooms of the Huus Hotel have been outfitted with Hästens beds, specifically the models 2000T, Lenoria, Proferia, Auroria, Luxuria and Classic, and the line developed for the hotel sector, Experience Frame.

All Hästens beds stand out for the use of the finest natural materials – linen, wool and cotton – which are layered by hand to offer an immediate sensation of comfort.

The choice of 100% natural materials guarantees efficient regulation of body temperature, for an experience of perfect sleep and regenerating relaxation.
