At Oliveto Lario,  near Bellagio, the developer and client Costanza Immobiliare  has built the Bellagio Village Residence, a group of exclusive  residences with rigorously contemporary architectural design, in a zone of 2000 m2 of olive groves.

The building designed by the studio Crippa & Franz has four apartments with terraces and gardens, and a villa with an area of 400 m2. The architecture is in tune with the surroundings, equipped with communal zones, a heated outdoor swimming pool, a panoramic hydromassage tub, an olive grove of 2000 m2, including a barbecue area and a playground.

Villa Costanza has two levels. The first contains the living area, with a fireplace, a completely equipped kitchen and a large terrace with a view of the lake, while the ground floor has four large bedrooms, each with its own bath, direct garden access and lake view.

The large sliding windows eliminate indoor-outdoor barriers.

The frames used throughout the project are by Agostini Group, which provided windows, glass doors and small doors in PVC from the StreamLineStep  series in the Seta oak finish.

For the sliding vertical solutions, the choice went to the  Infinity line in PVC and Fibex, in the same Seta oak finish.
