Located on the hills of Cupertino, in the heart of Silicon Valley at the southern extremity of San Francisco Bay, the Saratoga Rolling Hills Estate private residence has large windows for views of the surroundings, harmoniously inserted in the landscape, almost like its natural extension, thanks to the choice of colors and forms, and of high-quality natural materials and elements (glass, stone, wood, water, steel, fire).

The architect  Louie Leu  has designed a villa that has an L-shaped layout with a sculptural image:  a modern, luxurious but essential house where design details coexist with the ecological focus of contemporary construction.

The particular design features include the outdoor kitchen, the home theater and a modern wine cellar, along with large recreational zones featuring multiple terraces and an infinity pool over 25 meters in length. The large Synua security door at the entrance is made with rusted Cor-ten effect stoneware in 9 pieces, of which one is in complete steel with a horizontal handle.
