Spark One is the name of the office complex organized by the joint venture of Risanamento and Lendlease (Intown) and created by the integrated design firm Progetto CMR, as part of the program of regeneration of the Santa Giulia District in Milan.
The facility will be close to the rail and subway station of Milano Rogoredo, symbolically forming a new gate of entry to the city.
The approach of Spark One is the result of coordinated work in the fields of urban planning, flow analysis, design of outdoor spaces and architecture, to create a new identity for the area based on concepts of community, sustainability, efficiency and participation.
Entirely developed with BIM (Building Information Modeling), Spark One responds to the need to create a very efficient and ecosustainable building, designed to qualify for LEED CS v4 Platinum certification.
The building will also be one of the first in Italy to be designed in keeping with the guidelines of WELL certification.
