A space designed to stimulate creativity and imagination. This is the concept developed by the design studio Manole 10 for the new headquarters of MullenLowe in Bucharest, the local branch of the famous international advertising agency.
The concept of the interiors – featuring touches of Scandinavian design and minimalist details – centers on two fantasy stories full of symbolic meanings: The Little Prince and Alice in Wonderland.
Fragments and characters from the two stories are inserted in the “event” spaces (conference room, meeting room, cafe, brainstorming room), without a narrative plot, but like a “treasure hunt.”
Simple forms and materials create a neutral backdrop in the comfortable spaces.
Microtopping, the exclusive cementitious polymer solution by Ideal Work, was the ideal choice for the interior surfaces. This special type of finish has helped the designers to create a fresh image, with clean, customized lines in the desired colors.
Different hues have been selected (gray, beige, lavender, custom yellow, blue) for the upper structures and the floors on each level, in a total area of about 1850 m2.
