The Czech company that combines the Bohemian tradition of glassmaking with design and the most innovative technologies has made Diver, a sculpture by Maxim Velcovsky, for the Gana Art Gallery in the Lotte World Tower, the world’s fifth tallest building.

Recently completed, the skyscraper with 123 floors and a height of 555 meters has a slim conical structure with slightly curved sides, to host retail spaces, offices and residences, as well as a luxury hotel and levels open to the public with panoramic viewing platforms.

Based on Korean ceramics, the exterior is in clear glass crossed by subtle metal filigree.

The luminous sculpture with a height of 17 meters made by Lasvit also takes its cue from Korean culture. Diver is composed of thousands of spheres of handcrafted blown glass.
