To subdivide spaces based on their furniture and to give rise to a project that can survive changing fashions over time: this was the challenge for a residential project made in Morioka, Japan, where the USM Haller furnishing systems have been selected precisely for their characteristics of versatility and timeless elegance.

The interior architect Ochi was given only one indication by the client: no built-in furnishings, only modern furniture and art objects. The choice has gone to USM Haller due to the need to fine versatile furnishings with a clean, linear contemporary design.

For the interiors, the designer has also chosen other design icons, including the Wishbone Chair and the Shell Chair by Carl Hansen & Son.
