An exclusive residence, tastefully decorated, with essential colors, including the black of the planed oak floors and the white of the walls, makes the most advanced technology its distinctive feature. Just across the threshold, two elements catch your attention: a beautiful glass and steel staircase leading to the upper level, and the Dada kitchen, with a completely open plan. An original touch is added by the two decorative panels in resin made specifically for the project by the artist Alex Turco.
In this context, Vimar has contributed to create an exceptional residence with a full-optional home automation system: lighting, climate control, current control, video intercom, video surveillance, a sound system and motorized control of blinds, shutters and screens, in a situation of constant intercommunication based on the sophisticated By-me technology.
Coordinated management of all functions makes it possible for aesthetics and functionality to coexist without compromises, optimizing costs and consumption, for easy and intuitive management of all the small and large factors of daily life that go into the creation of a truly comfortable environment.
By-me has been chosen by the young couple that owns the property because it allows you to personalize every space of the house. By using the multimedia video touchscreen positioned near the dramatic staircase, the owners can quickly call up different pre-set combinations of temperature, lighting and comfort for each room.
The full flat 4.3-inch video touchscreen on the upper level, on the other hand, makes it possible to control the entire house: lights, climate control, automation, consumption, the sound system, as well as monitoring of the IP cameras placed both inside and outside.
For the living area and the kitchen, the Eikon Tactil devices have been selected, flanked by the Eikon Evo lines.
To ensure a secure indoor-outdoor dialogue, a Pixel video intercom plate has been installed next to the entrance gate.
The lady of the house is convinced: “enjoying the home is easier thanks to By-me.”
