With the wisdom of nature and the comport of modernity as guidelines, the Coco Places apartments combine design, quality furnishings, ecosustainability, technology and outstanding service.

The use of innovative products, bedding systems and furnishings made exclusively with natural materials ensure maximum wellbeing for guests.

Coconut fiber, cotton, seaweed, horsehair, linen, wood and goosedown are all recyclable materials, used to produce the countless Coco-Mat bedding solutions.

The new facility in Florence, at Via Faenza 54 in the historical center, faces a striking inner courtyard with garden. The apartments of this distributed dwelling are ecosustainable (energy class A) and outfitted with all comforts, including a choice of 12 different pillows.

The Coco Place facility in Tuscany is the second in Italy, after the one at Borgo Campello in Umbria.

Vincenzo Naschi, founder and president of Coco Place, the new brand of apartments designed around the needs of guests, explains: “We have chosen high-quality materials and a focus on the environment, as in the Coco-Mat beds.”
