Advance, Italcer Group's antiviral, antibacterial and anti-polluting ceramic supermaterial, passes the most stringent international tests

Excellent news from the United States for Advance, a new line of anti-viral, antibacterial and anti-polluting porcelain stoneware materials by Italcer, a design hub in made in Italy ceramics and luxury bathroom furnishings. After a few months of tests carried out at the Tile Council of North America (TCNA), the ability of the Advance ceramic material was confirmed to eliminate 100% of Coronaviruses after six hours of exposure to light, as well as 90% after only 15 minutes and to fight different types of bacteria from a minimum of 95% up to a maximum of 100% after eight hours of exposure.

Advance also carries out anti-polluting activities for its photocatalytic action, certified by the University of Turin, with a reduction of 20% of NOx in three hours, the main pollutants derived from the combustion gases of cars and industrial production. All test reports, conducted in accordance with the ISO and UNI reference standards, are available on the dedicated website.
