Forte di Bard 1999-2019. Photographs by Gianfranco Roselli Until 17 November 2019

A photography exhibition pays tribute to the 20th anniversary of the start of the major process of renovation of Forte di Bard. Through a selection of over sixty images by the Turin-based photographer Gianfranco Roselli, the exhibition Storia di un’avventura - Forte di Bard 1999-2019 documents the long, complex architectural restoration, making the fort an important cultural and tourism attraction.

The photos taken before and during the phases of work offer visitors a true narrative, composed of images of interiors and experiences, worksite phases, people and workers, views and landscapes. An architectural and anthropological perspective through photography.
