Amidst the hills and vineyards of Franciacorta stands an imposing private villa with a swimming pool, featuring rigorous squared forms. A main block and a secondary building, the first with two stories, the second on just one level. Large windows and abundant light enhance the materic surfaces, emphasizing the ample size of the spaces and volumes. Neutral colors, natural materials like the wood of the exposed ceiling beams, the use of glass and geometric forms that mingle while conserving their distinctive character.
Along the access drive, on walls in classic stone, the effects of Brick by Francesconi Architectural Light stand out: both sizes of the collection have been utilized, permitting perimeter lighting and depth, in a perfect combination of visual comfort and security at any time of day.
At the main entrance there is a flight of steps, whose summit supports the columns: clear geometric lines, precisely set by the Mini Round built-in floor collection. Continuing along the exterior of the villa, the Maxi Ego and Maxi Flea families in the built-in floor version accompany the gaze, respectively along the pool and the portico, placed at the base of the columns and enhanced by homogenous, comfortable lighting.
To discreetly complete the entire design, the Slim series with asymmetrical optics on poles with a height of 3.5 meters are placed at the edge of the park: a synthesis of security, homogeneity and lighting performance.
