DESIGNER Matteo Bianchi
Itlas, a company with a strong ecological vocation, founded in 1988 in Cordignano in the province of Treviso, has always based its production of two and three-layer wooden floors on attention to the environment. The starting point is the search for a strictly controlled raw material: all the wood used by this company, a pioneer of sustainability, comes from forests managed in a correct and responsible way. A peculiarity, compared to other brands in the sector, is the choice to concentrate all the production in Italy, working the product from the start to the finish, from the trunk to the floor. In fact, the entire supply chain is located in the production spaces of Itlas: from the storage of logs to shipping, passing through the sawmill, warehouse, production and painting. In this way the company is able to follow the life cycle of the product in all its evolution carrying on with conviction its corporate business philosophy based on the desire to give the final consumer the certainty of a unique unique and inimitable quality of materials and workmanship.
Specialized in the production of prefinished wooden floors, Itlas has for some years expanded the range of proposals, placing on the market products that are able to totally respond to the needs of those who furnish.
Metropolitan Frames is a furniture collection designed by Matteo Bianchi, owner of the studio of the same name, inspired by the distinctive architectures, shapes, styles and patterns of some metropolises. Three world-famous districts lend their character to this living collection which is expressed through lines, surfaces and materials.
Monti, in particular, which takes its name from the historic district of Rome, celebrates life, thanks to circular systems that are par excellence a symbol of existence, heart and soul. The Monti table replicates the delicate features of the Colosseum and is able to adapt to any project thanks to its elegant mix of shapes and style.
