Majlis is part of the first outdoor lounge collection The Wandering Majlis by Jwana Hamdan. The name is inspired by majlis, places of welcome and hospitality, a concept typical of Arab culture: an inclusive convivial space for conversation and sharing experiences. Majlis has an iroko wood frame, on which rests the seat with backrest formed by two rollers of different dimensions and density, which curve and extend asymmetrically. The padding is made of the latest generation bio-green polyurethane, and is upholstered in high-performance fabrics with sophisticated colour palettes, geometric patterns and naturally inspired patterns. Majlis is modular, allowing infinite layouts to be created, and can be configured in the floor-standing version or on a frame in two different heights.
