Sign is the new kitchen model created by architect Giuseppe Bavuso. Sign is one of the most important projects Ernestomeda has ever produced, featuring an amazing variety of structures and about two hundred finishes and materials to choose from, enabling countless customisations and combinations. The new model suggests a fresh open space concept, an unusual way of organising space in the kitchen, becoming a true extension of the living room. One of this project’s distinctive features is the lack of enclosed wall units in the upper section, replaced by glass-fronted cabinets and display zones where every item has decorative connotations. Thanks to modular, versatile storage and passage structures, Sign’s functions also embrace specific areas for storing food and utensils, wine cellars or zones equipped as a laundry.
