Moiré by Coem

Moiré is the result of a creative collaboration between Coem and Alessandro Pasinelli. A large-format, graphic, contemporary and decorative ceramic surface with a marbled effect. The name indicates a figure of interference: a texture, similar to moving waves, appears as a third different texture that makes us reflect on how much our eyes can be deceived. The particular optical effects create elusive tone-on-tone patterns that make the surfaces vibrate, entering into dialogue with the space, changing its appearance and perception to create suggestive atmospheres. The collection consists of 6 colours in warm and cold shades in the 120x280 cm sizes (6 mm thick). An unprecedented surface with an original style, blending the potential of new technologies, knowledge of raw materials and design: different contaminations that work wonderfully together.
