They revealed themselves as a labyrinthine underground network with various entrances, very often communicating with each other. They mainly occupy the subsoil of the historic center of Camerano, in the area between Piazza Roma and Vie Maratti and San Francesco, under the area known as "Rupe del Sassone".

Urbino (PU)

Located on the ground floor of Aura Relais, with a spectacular view of the Montefeltro landscape, the restaurant Ponente di Urbino is the place to live a memorable taste experience combined with the priceless sensation of being suspended in mid-air.

Ponente began 2024 with a nice surprise, the quote in the Gambero Rosso guide and a fork: "The restaurant was born from a new challenge led by the manager Luca Sartore and the chef Danilo Mariotti.

The interweaving of the past, in memory of the wise techniques of Luca's grandparents, with the different experiences gained over the years of Danilo, Ponente offers a seasonal menu from the area, with a tasting itinerary chosen by the customer or by the chef."
