Sydney Modern

We have entered the new wing of the Art Gallery of Sydney designed by SANAA together with the architects. Kazuyo Sejima and Ryūe Nishizawa tell us how this poetic architecture with fluid circulation came to be capable of welcoming by creating new connections and from where from every corner, in particular from the art terraces, they can breathe the city, the park, the sky and the Sydney bay. In harmony with the environment, their "infinite bubble" also offers the surprise of a secret bunker, accompanying visitors on a sensory journey from light to darkness.
